Description of Products

We have used descriptions that are commonly held in the trade. Where necessary we will give products our own descriptions. There may be small variations in size and colour of items. This is normal and is in the nature of the products.

Payment

We accept credit & debit card payments via our totally secure online facility courtesy of Protx and HSBC. We accept all major credit and debit cards ie. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo & Electron.

Please Note:

1. Out of stock items will be refunded unless we can make a suitable substitution.
2. All prices shown include VAT and can be subject to change without notice. E. & O.E.
3. You may also make your payment via phone or fax.

Shipping And Handling

We will send out all orders within 4/5 working days but where we can, we aim to turn orders around within 48hours upon receipt of order. At present we use Royal Mail to deliver the orders:

Flate rate to the UK : £1.60
Europe £2.45
Rest of the World £4.95
Orders over £35 in the UK Postage is Free.

Details of postage and delivery charges are automatically calculated and shown at the 'Checkout' stage of the ordering process

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Product finishing can vary during the manufacturing process. There may be colour variations between the actual product and the colour shown on the website.

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us within 7 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding postage and packaging charges). Please notify us by email if you wish to return an item.

All exchanges will be charged postage and packaging for the new item.

Due to EU regulations, all earring findings are non-refundable.

We will not refund items that are damaged during transit to us. So please ensure that you use suitable packaging and we recommend that you return items using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We will not issue a refund for items that are not received.

Please use the correct postage for all returns. Packages without the correct postage will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

If an item is found to be damaged upon receipt, we will refund the cost of the item or send a replacement (postage and packaging charges are non-refundable). We require a photo of the damaged item via email prior to a refund being made.

Back Orders

If your item is no longer in stock, we will contact you with the option to choose an alternative or cancel the item and offer a refund.

VAT of 15% is included in all prices. Customers outside of the EU will have their VAT refunded but if you wish to take advantage of our free P&P offer, your order value must be £35.00 or over before VAT. Orders that do not meet this requirement will have the VAT refunded but will be charged P&P.
