Instructions
Included in this kit is 5mtrs of Bead string, which may seem a lot, but will allow you to make the necklace to your desired length. Remember also that the length will shorten every time you make a knot.
1. Cut 5 x 1meter lengths of bead string (see note above).
2. Make a knot in one strand leaving a 5cm tail. Thread onto the long end a shell bead and make a knot immediately after the bead. Leave a 1cm gap and make your next knot, thread on the next bead and knot again immediately afterwards. Repeat this process until you reach your desired length.
Please note: Remember that when you finish your necklace, adding the clasp will add 2 to 3 cm onto the total length.
3. Repeat step 2 on the remaining 4 lengths of bead string.
4. Take the 5 knotted strands by the 7cm tails and trim the ends by 4cm. Glue the ends of string and secure in a box closer.
5. Arrange the strands as you would like them, you can leave them loose or why not try plaiting them? Trim off the excess bead string and repeat step 4. 6. Attach the clasp using the oval jump rings provided Dragon fly necklace in antique copper and turquoise
